Our state-of-the-art woodworking machines work with an accuracy of up to 1 mm, guaranteeing optimum strength and service life. The quality is in the details – from the first board to the last delivery.
Purpose-built pallet production
For the production of your purpose-made pallets, we use carefully selected timber from Scandinavia and Eastern and Central Europe.
Through our regular transport partners, the wood is delivered to our plant in Lokeren, where we produce the pallets tailored entirely to our clients’ needs.
Our site in Lokeren has a modern production line for pallets, crates and other wooden packaging, combined with a manual finishing process for specific or complex versions.
Used/second-hand pallets
Give your pallets a second life. We pick up old or broken pallets, sort them carefully and repair them where necessary.
After checking the quality and load-bearing capacity, we ensure that you can get back to work with reliable, durable pallets.
Do you have broken pallets lying around in your company? We buy them at the current market price and collect them with our own transport service (from 300 items) — even in different sizes.
Logistics
With no fewer than 65 of our own trailers, we can respond quickly and reliably to your scheduling. Our central location in Lokeren ensures that we can deliver efficiently throughout Belgium and beyond.
Whether it concerns pre-planned deliveries or last-minute orders, we ensure that your pallets arrive promptly every time. Reliability and flexibility are key elements of our logistics approach.
Abbreviation line
Our tailor-made work starts with the basics: the timber. By not only buying standard sizes, but also cutting the wood ourselves, we can respond quickly to any specific request. We select the timber carefully and optimise each plank to the desired size.
In this way, we keep the entire production process in our own hands – from the raw plank to the finished pallet or pallet collar. Even sawdust gets a second life in the form of pressed bobbins or raw material for new applications.
Personalise your own pallets
A pallet with your own stamp on it? Sure, why not? We offer the option to print your company logo directly on the pallet. This is not only practical; it also makes you recognisable – your goods will stand out immediately.
