Paletten Roels, whose registered office is located at Dijkstraat 12, 9160 Lokeren, is committed to respecting and diligently complying with the European privacy legislation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)¹ for the protection of personal data. YOUR CONSENT

Paletten Roels processes personal data solely to comply with a legal obligation or when it has been provided for the execution of an agreement. By doing so, you expressly grant Paletten Roels permission to process your personal data for the intended purposes. Personal data is processed only within secure environments and systems that are not accessible to the public. All our employees also receive clear guidelines and are made aware and sensitised regarding the handling and processing of your personal data.

Paletten Roels guarantees that:

Your rights as a data subject

  • You always have the (statutory) right to access your personal data.
  • You always have the (statutory) right to supplement or correct your personal data, in whole or in part. If Paletten Roels no longer has legal grounds for further processing of your data, or if your data is no longer necessary for the intended service provision, you have the right to have your personal data erased.
